Marketing Coordinator

InnovaCare Management Services Company, LLC is a healthcare services organization seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications initiatives across multiple brands and channels. The role develops multimedia content, coordinates events, produces marketing materials, analyzes campaign performance, and supports integrated omnichannel marketing strategies.

What you'll do:

• Develop and design engaging content for all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
• Coordinate, manage, and support all aspects of marketing events, including planning, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up
• Utilize creative software platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools to produce marketing materials
• Create, edit, and produce video content for digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
• Develop, publish, and manage podcast content, including production coordination and distribution
• Create and maintain blog and vlog content that supports organizational marketing objectives and thought leadership initiatives
• Develop and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing strategies
• Design, produce, and coordinate printing of marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
• Build professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and enforce corporate brand standards across all marketing channels and communications
• Demonstrate an understanding of healthcare industry business models, market dynamics, and customer engagement strategies
• Operate as a self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
