About this role
Mercy Urgent Care is a nonprofit urgent care network serving Western North Carolina. The Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day marketing operations by coordinating campaigns and assets, maintaining digital content, creating communications, managing online engagement, and supporting community outreach.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate development, review, and delivery of marketing assets and campaigns across email, website, and social media
- Maintain and update website content, online forms, and digital materials
- Assist with content creation (blogs, email, social, print) that reflects Mercy’s voice and mission
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and digital inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Support community events, networking, and outreach activities that build awareness of Mercy services
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on time and on brand
What they're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Mission-driven, adaptable, eager to learn, and aligned with Mercy's values of sacredness of life, human dignity, mercy, justice, service, and excellence
- Associate's or Bachelor's in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
- Experience with social media, websites, or digital marketing tools is a plus (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
