Marketing Coordinator

Midwest Heating & Cooling is hiring a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to generate qualified customer opportunities for its residential heating, cooling, replacement and indoor air quality teams. The role coordinates local events and campaigns, creates social content, manages outside marketing partners, and tracks marketing performance.

What you'll do:

• Generate local leads through home shows, community events, sponsorships, referral programs and seasonal campaigns
• Plan and execute event logistics: registrations, booth setup, materials, staffing, lead capture and follow-up
• Create authentic social content including photos, reels, short videos, customer stories and promotions
• Coordinate with outside marketing partners responsible for website, SEO, Google Ads and Performance Max; keep deliverables moving and report results
• Work with our sales, service and customer experience teams to turn campaigns into trackable customer opportunities
• Maintain campaign calendars, vendor deadlines, budgets and weekly marketing performance reporting in systems including ServiceTitan

• You enjoy local outreach and events, not just sitting behind a screen
• You understand that leads, quality and follow-up matter more than vanity metrics
• You communicate well with technicians, salespeople, vendors and leadership
• Experience in marketing coordination, event marketing, local services or consumer marketing is valuable
• A relevant degree is preferred
