Marketing Coordinator

Pavilion Construction is a construction company seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Dallas office. The role supports the Marketing Team, Business Development, and Estimating Department with business development tasks and marketing support services, while interfacing with clients and supporting project managers.

What you'll do:

• Work with the Marketing Team, Business Development, and the Estimating Department on business development tasks with a strong emphasis on providing marketing support services
• Regularly interface with Pavilion clients, support project managers, have an opportunity to gain more experience about the organization, and make a difference in a vibrant and growing company

What they're looking for:

• Computer software proficiency; knowledge, skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and the ability to go back and forth and merge content between Adobe and Microsoft software programs
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform experience, primarily Salesforce
• Strong computer software skills with emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams, WordPress proficiency
• Mindfulness with layout, color, lighting, scale, proportion, etc
• Collaborator who works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
• Positive can-do attitude with a desire to strive in a dynamic/constantly changing working environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in marketing is a plus
• A degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field is preferred
