Marketing Coordinator

Prestonwood Baptist Church operates the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center, and it is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing support through social media and content creation. The role develops communications content, manages social media engagement, supports marketing and fundraising projects, and interfaces with clients, visitors, partner organizations, and donors.

What you'll do:

• Use photography and video skills to develop content for internal and external communications
• Oversee donor and client social media networks by monitoring PPC content and audience response
• Work with the Graphic Designer and Creative Lead to create content for social media networks
• Contribute to PPC content creation, including researching and documenting client success stories and blog writing
• Ensure client permission is granted for use of client names, stories, photographs, and video
• Maintain clear communication and confidentiality with every client
• Adhere to HIPAA protocol with all client information
• Assist with marketing projects by:
• Researching vendors for marketing or fundraising projects
• Setting up for events
• Help create, source and stock printed materials
• Assist with any internal/external events and tours

• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
• Proficient in Canva
• Proficient photography and video editing required
• College degree preferred
• Adobe a plus
