About this role

RATP Dev USA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement. The role coordinates marketing, branding, communications, outreach, events, graphic design, project tracking, purchasing, inventory, and administrative initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Create and edit flyers, social media graphics, presentations, signage, website content, and other marketing materials
  • Help ensure materials follow established brand standards and messaging
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, public information efforts, community outreach, and special projects
  • Draft, edit, and format internal and external communications
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and updates
  • Assist with event planning, preparation, setup, and coordination
  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, files, records, and timelines
  • Track marketing activities and assist with compiling data and reports
  • Coordinate orders with vendors and monitor production, quality, and delivery
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials, supplies, and other assigned items
  • Coordinate operator uniform ordering, inventory, distribution, and recordkeeping
  • Follow up on projects, requests, orders, and deliverables to help keep work on schedule
