About this role
RATP Dev USA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement. The role coordinates marketing, branding, communications, outreach, events, graphic design, project tracking, purchasing, inventory, and administrative initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Create and edit flyers, social media graphics, presentations, signage, website content, and other marketing materials
- Help ensure materials follow established brand standards and messaging
- Assist with marketing campaigns, public information efforts, community outreach, and special projects
- Draft, edit, and format internal and external communications
- Support social media content creation, scheduling, and updates
- Assist with event planning, preparation, setup, and coordination
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, files, records, and timelines
- Track marketing activities and assist with compiling data and reports
- Coordinate orders with vendors and monitor production, quality, and delivery
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials, supplies, and other assigned items
- Coordinate operator uniform ordering, inventory, distribution, and recordkeeping
- Follow up on projects, requests, orders, and deliverables to help keep work on schedule
