Marketing Coordinator

Spectrum Automotive Holdings Corp. partners with dealerships to improve people, process, and performance through products and services that support profitability. The Marketing Coordinator will manage marketing materials, communications, project timelines, vendors, campaigns, and events while supporting the company’s marketing strategy and deliverables.

What you'll do:

• Works directly with the marketing team members to define business objectives needs and translates needs into well-positioned marketing materials
• Managing the creation or updating of materials and communications
• Supporting project or creative briefs, creating timelines, managing the creative for those materials against the timeline for campaigns
• Regularly tracing and updating project statuses. Informing accordingly of any updates and changes as and when they occur
• Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of marketing deliverables
• Provides ad-hoc marketing project support to help drive business needs. Connects day-to-day deliverables with the longer-term business strategy
• Organizes and facilitates training room functions/meetings
• Communicates comfortably with all levels of the organization
• Coordination of calendars and timelines for third-party vendors and contractors to meet defined deadlines
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at a time under tight deadlines
• Communicating potential problems and recommending solutions
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Skilled in visual communications
• A keen interest or passion for the automotive industry
• * Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications. Advanced skills in power point and excel
• * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• * Detail-oriented
• * Ability to multi-task
• * Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• * Bachelors degree in Marketing or related disciplines strongly preferred
