Marketing Coordinator

Stylecraft Limited is a homebuilding company helping families achieve homeownership and building communities across Texas. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Stylecraft brand through website updates, marketing materials, campaign execution, listing management, reporting, community launches, and cross-functional projects.

What you'll do:

• Help maintain and update our website with community information, home listings, photos, plat maps, open houses, and other content that keeps customers informed
• Prepare and update marketing materials, promotions, incentives, and campaign assets that support our sales teams and communities
• Manage listing information, MLS updates, XML feeds, and reporting to ensure our marketing remains current and reliable
• Assist with special projects, marketing campaigns, community launches, and company initiatives across the organization
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing and other departments to bring ideas to life and keep projects moving forward

• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry
