Marketing Coordinator

Wallace Montgomery is a leading civil engineering and planning firm seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support high-profile public and private projects. The role leads proposal development, coordinates schedules and deadlines, develops marketing materials, supports presentations, and assists with marketing operations.

What you'll do:

• Lead proposal development from start to finish, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
• Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, schedules, and deadlines to keep projects on track
• Manage various phases of procurement
• Develop and maintain resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials tailored to client needs
• Edit and refine documents for clarity, grammar, style, and content
• Support client interviews and presentations, including preparation and rehearsal
• Assist with day-to-day marketing department operations
• Attend pre-proposal meetings, debrief sessions, and industry conferences as needed

What they're looking for:

• * **1–2 years of experience in A/E industry marketing**
• * An **understanding of proposal development** processes for public agencies
• * **Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities**
• * **Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills**
• * **Proficiency in MS Office and Acrobat** (Word, PowerPoint, Excel required)
• * **Bachelor's degree** in Marketing, English, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• **Experience with Adobe Creative Suite** (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus
