About this role
Workplace Resource is a trusted partner for innovative interior design solutions and high-quality workplace products and services. The Marketing Coordinator will support content development, proposal coordination, digital marketing initiatives, sales enablement, business development, and customer and employee experiences.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate proposal development from request for proposal (RFP) through final submission, managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with proposal teams on strategy, content development, presentations, showroom tours, interviews, and other business development deliverables
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, layouts, visual content, and branded marketing materials
- Support social media strategy and content creation on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate the development of graphic, visual, and written content that supports marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
- Create and update sales enablement materials, brochures, presentations, case studies, website content, blog posts, videos, and other marketing assets
- Design presentations, signage, event collateral, and other creative marketing materials while maintaining brand standards
- Assist with events, customer experiences, and additional marketing projects as needed
- Contribute to team initiatives and support related projects to achieve organizational goals
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or 1-2 years of marketing and content development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of publication design, including layout, typography, and current design trends
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Creative, strategic, and design-oriented mindset with a passion for producing high-quality work
- Ability to build collaborative and productive working relationships across diverse teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing business needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Zoom
- Interest or experience in the interior design and furniture industry is a plus
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred but not required
