Marketing Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate

Colliers is a commercial real estate services company seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support brokers and clients. The role focuses on business development marketing, pitch and presentation creation, campaign execution, project coordination, and maintaining transaction and client information.

What you'll do:

• Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items, delivery dates/times and ‘manage up’ to completion of each project
• Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team
• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports
• Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites, and client contract portals for both local and regional clients intel to be readily available

What they're looking for:

• • 1-2+ years of marketing support services experience within Commercial Real Estate
• • Strong Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
• • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems
• • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
• • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
