About this role
Bacardi is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Grey Goose Marketing team and help manage one of its luxury spirits brands. The role coordinates marketing budgets, point-of-sale materials, product shipments, events, marketing assets, and projects while providing administrative and executive support to marketing leadership.
What you'll do:
- Lead the execution of the Grey Goose A&P budget (daily tracking, monthly reporting, PO management) & support the Brand Manager in budget strategy and planning
- Manage brand team Point of Sale materials
- Coordinate sample shipments and product requests
- Lead planning & execution of internal & external partner events that are consistent with brand identity and guidelines
- Support marketing asset management
- Lead project initiatives related to improving processes and performance in areas of responsibility & support with additional ad hoc marketing projects as assigned
- Schedule and maintain a calendar of appointments for the Vice President and Sr. Director; provide calendar/meeting support to extended team as needed
- Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements; set up conference rooms for meetings
- Manage expense reports for VP and Sr. Director
- Assist with presentations, reports, budgets, and memos as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

- You have great analytical skills, able to analyze available information for the purposes of preparing reports, presentations, coordinating efforts, recommendations and solving problems
- Exceptional computer skills to include MS Office (intermediate to advance level in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and commonly used design tools such as Canva
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a corporate environment
- You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in keeping people and processes running smoothly
- You're eager to learn, adaptable to change, and excited to build a career in brand marketing
- Most importantly, you're a collaborative team player who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever support is needed
