Marketing Coordinator I

Nexben is hiring a Marketing Coordinator I to execute marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, strengthen agent engagement, and support business development. The role coordinates campaigns, communications, and marketing programs, and tracks performance to inform recommendations.

What you'll do:

• Assist with process improvements that enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist with the development and distribution of marketing communications, promotional materials, and content
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing programs and strategic initiatives
• Support business development activities through marketing coordination and lead-generation initiatives
• Track campaign performance and compile reports that provide insights and recommendations

What they're looking for:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing materials, digital content, communications, presentations, social media content, events, or marketing campaigns
• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred
• Experience analyzing campaign, engagement, or performance metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement preferred
