Marketing Coordinator I

Skanska is a construction and project development company that builds infrastructure and facilities supporting communities and society. The Marketing Coordinator I supports sales and marketing efforts by coordinating proposals, qualifications packages, award submissions, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables while collaborating with business development and operations teams. The role also manages a local marketing database, coordinates basic pursuit video efforts, and develops resumes, project sheets, and related content.

What you'll do:

• The Marketing Coordinator I supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts by coordinating the development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables
• The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with business development and operations teams to gather information, develop content, and ensure materials are aligned with branding, strategic messaging, and pursuit objectives
• This role manages the local marketing database, coordinates basic pursuit video efforts, and interviews staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content
• The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise discretion, prioritize competing deadlines, and contribute to the execution of marketing and business development strategies

What they're looking for:

• Proven expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
• Experience within architectural, engineering, or construction industries preferred
