Marketing Coordinator - Property Management - Jacksonville, FL

Suncoast Property Management is a property management company focused on investor-owned rental units and homes. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate marketing efforts for rental properties, create promotional materials, analyze leads and marketing effectiveness, and support property readiness through signage and lockbox coordination.

What you'll do:

• Ensure all properties that meet "ok to show" criteria are marketed in advance Utilize all marketing platforms - email, social media, and focused sales/leasing event campaigns
• Create marketing flyers for print and digital use
• Visit properties to obtain pictures for use in marketing efforts Analyze leads to contact possible renters for units on the market
• Use lead data to review marketing efforts for effectiveness
• Work with property management to ensure signage and lockboxes are on units

What they're looking for:

• One or more years of experience in marketing/advertising or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs
• Extremely comfortable with use of technology including computers, the internet and electronic files
• Willing and able to learn new software and technological tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Able to manage time effectively and prioritize appropriately
