Marketing Coordinator, Streaming Video Services

Hearst Television is a broadcasting company operating television and radio stations across numerous media markets. The company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-market campaigns for the Very Local streaming service and Brand Studio clients. The role supports creative development, platform metrics reporting, campaign performance tracking, client communication, and project timelines.

What you'll do:

• Work with Creative Manager, HTV design team to facilitate campaign creative development, ensuring assets are to spec and delivered on schedule
• Use available data sources to assemble, format and distribute platform metrics
• Track active campaign performance and maintain final report archive
• Assist with Brand Studio client communication and reporting
• Coordinate project execution timelines and communication with station partners

What they're looking for:

• Must be familiar with analytics and have exposure to marketing performance metrics
• Proficiency with excel, Sheets, and their capabilities
• Ability to understand platform-specific requirements and deliver projects accordingly
• Stays current with industry trends and latest production techniques, styles, and tools
• Related military experience will be considered
• Familiarity with Air Table, asset management systems a plus
