Marketing Coordinator - TC Group

TC Restaurant Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for their artist-branded venues. This entry-level role involves executing campaigns, creating content, and ensuring marketing efforts align with venue and artist brands.

What you'll do:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including promotions, social media, and events, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
• Support the creation of social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect the brand voice and engage audiences
• Assist in coordinating in-venue activations, events, and guest service initiatives to enhance guest experience
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to artist and venue branding guidelines
• Help track campaign performance metrics, gather insights and support the team in reporting to measure success
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives across venues

What they're looking for:

• Ability to access and operate business applications for communication with fellow team members (i.e. email, chat/text messaging)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 0-2 Years of experience in marketing or related field, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage industries
• Interest in live music, entertainment, and hospitality
