Marketing Data & Insights Analyst

CAMPUS USA Credit Union is a credit union seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Analyst. The role leverages data and analytics to inform business decisions, develop analytical frameworks and visualizations, and create actionable marketing insights. The analyst also develops code-based solutions and supports marketing system integrations, automation, and process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Leverages complex data to identify trends, uncover strategic opportunities, and drive marketing effectiveness, member growth, and enhanced member experience
• Translates campaign performance and business objectives into actionable insights and recommendations that inform marketing strategy and decision-making
• Assists in developing analytic frameworks, data models, and measurement strategies to support marketing performance and optimization
• Develops and maintains audience segmentation, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators and campaign outcomes
• Builds and manages data queries (e.g., SQL) to deliver accurate, timely, and reliable insights, while ensuring data integrity and clear requirements documentation
• Develops and implements code-based solutions (e.g., Python, SQL, APIs) to support, enhance, and update marketing systems and core system processes, including system integrations and automation, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness
