Marketing Insights & Analytics (Social Listening) Co-op

The TJX Companies, Inc. is a leading off-price retailer seeking a Marketing Insights & Analytics Co-op to support consumer insights for its U.S. brands. The role involves analyzing social listening and retail landscape data, developing actionable marketing and brand insights, and creating dashboards and reporting in collaboration with business partners.

What you'll do:

• Develop deep understanding of key metrics in Social Listening platform
• Develop insights on consumer perception of US Retailer landscape
• Develop insights on key strengths / opportunities for key brands
• Create dashboards and reporting to support broader organization’s understanding of the unaided voice of the consumer
• Collaborate with our business partners to share recommended reporting and insights. Support on ad hoc analyses, ensuring analysis provides clear and actionable insights

• Excellent communicators able to deliver results concisely and in compelling way
• Ability to adjust direction with feedback
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.) and Microsoft Office
• Students eligible for an intermediate or advanced co-op
• Experience with data visualization and complementing tools (i.e. PowerBI) preferred
• Ideal candidate would have strong analysis skill set and passion for applying toward Marketing and brand building
