Marketing Intern

ACS is a systems integrator that designs and builds custom test equipment and facilities solutions for engine and vehicle manufacturers. The Marketing Intern will support digital marketing, content creation, brand management, CRM maintenance, SEO, and marketing operations while working with the Marketing and Business Development team on daily initiatives and special projects.

What you'll do:

• Support CRM data entry and cleanup activities within HubSpot
• Assist with organization, inventory, and ordering of promotional materials
• Contribute to social media planning, content creation, graphic design, and scheduled posting
• Perform basic video editing, such as trimming clips, adding captions/subtitles, and formatting aspect ratios
• Create and update internal marketing materials, including newsletters, slide libraries, and infographics
• Help maintain and organize marketing assets such as personnel photos, published articles, and image libraries (HubSpot, WordPress, OpenAsset)
• Conduct marketing and industry research to support ongoing campaigns and business development efforts
• Assist with SEO cleanup and reporting activities using BrightEdge
• Update, rewrite, and refresh marketing content such as case studies and website materials
• Support general marketing operations and participate in special events and projects as assigned
• Sets an example of professional behavior and creates a positive work environment
• Work on multiple projects in a given time period, depending upon project size and deadline

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a four‑year degree; Junior or Senior status preferred
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, digital media, or graphic design. Marketing or Communications Degree is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is a plus
• Experience with using and manipulating various file formats including eps, jpeg, pdf, etc
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally
