Marketing Intern

Ameriprise Financial, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, and RiverSource are global financial services organizations offering early-career talent opportunities to gain practical experience. The Marketing Intern will support initiatives across consumer marketing, social media, client acquisition, advisor marketing programs, and marketing strategy and analytics.

What you'll do:

• Consumer marketing, insights, and market segmentation
• Social media marketing
• Client acquisition
• Advisor marketing support programs
• Marketing strategy and analytics

What they're looking for:

• Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028
• Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN)
• High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
• Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their application to improve efficiency and support marketing initiatives
