Marketing Intern

Main Street Renewal is one of the largest providers of single-family rental homes across the country, and they are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join their Austin team. The intern will lead a full audit of marketing materials and redesign them to reflect the company's modern brand identity.

What you'll do:

• Conduct a comprehensive brand audit of all resident and prospect-facing materials
• Redesign collateral to align with current brand guidelines, visual identity, and voice
• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints — from welcome packets to digital campaigns
• Deliver content designed for our target audiences
• Assist in a digital transformation initiative for our prospects and customers
• Collaborate with our Marketing team on brand initiatives throughout the summer

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
• A strong eye for design and an instinct for clear, warm, approachable communication
• Self-starter who takes ownership and sweats the details
