Marketing Intern

Attic Angel is a senior living services organization dedicated to enriching lives and cultivating community. They are seeking a Marketing Intern to provide hands-on support to their Marketing team, focusing on content development, campaign coordination, and community engagement.

What you'll do:

• Assist with developing and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, emails, flyers and other communications
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency and alignment with Attic Angel’s brand
• Support marketing campaigns by coordinating tasks, organizing information and assisting with follow-up
• Help plan and support community events, outreach efforts and internal engagement activities
• Prepare materials, promotional items and supplies for events
• Assist with event setup, on-site coordination and post-event follow-up
• Organize marketing files, materials, digital assets and documentation
• Gather marketing data and assist with routine reports and summaries
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Collaborate with team members on a variety of marketing projects and priorities

What they're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and marketing concepts
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with residents, families, team members and community partners
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Ability to successfully complete required health screenings, including a physical exam and TB screening
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Previous work, internship, volunteer or academic experience in marketing, communications, customer service or administrative support
