Marketing Intern

BCM One is a provider of NextGen Communications and Managed Services. The Marketing Intern will support marketing initiatives involving content creation, social media, account-based marketing, events, demand generation, research, and campaign performance optimization while gaining practical experience with AI-powered marketing tools.

What you'll do:

• Create AI-powered marketing content, including blogs, playbooks, customer-facing guides, and sales enablement materials
• Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns through research, content development, and campaign execution
• Assist with marketing event planning, coordination, and logistics
• Collaborate with marketing team members on integrated demand generation campaigns
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to support campaign initiatives
• Track campaign performance metrics and help identify opportunities for optimization
• Contribute ideas and insights to support BCM One's brand awareness and customer engagement efforts

• Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently on assigned projects
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including campaigns, demand generation, content marketing, and social media
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas
• Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
• Experience creating content for social media, blogs, websites, or school organizations
• Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, or AI tools through coursework or personal projects
• Interest in B2B marketing, technology, telecommunications, or professional services
• Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance measurement
