Marketing Intern

Buffalo Rock Company is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler managing a portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands. The Marketing Intern supports marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, research, events, communications, documentation, and administrative projects while assisting the marketing team with multiple assignments.

What you'll do:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Assist in the development, organization, and distribution of marketing materials and campaign assets
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research and compile findings into reports and recommendations
• Prepare presentations, marketing updates, and other internal communications for stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, sponsorship activations, and other marketing-related activities
• Maintain marketing records, project documentation, and reporting tools to support department initiatives
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners, and team members through written and verbal communication
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create reports, presentations, and project materials
• Exhibit attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to learn while supporting departmental goals and assignments
• Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team as needed
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Supervisor

What they're looking for:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and project materials; Required
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Preferred
