Marketing Intern

DAG Architects is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join their team in the AEC industry. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to create compelling marketing materials and manage digital content.

What you'll do:

• Assist the marketing team in preparing, formatting, and proofreading qualification packages, proposals (RFPs/RFQs), and presentation decks for upcoming project pursuits
• Write and edit project descriptions, team member bios, resume sheets, and case studies that highlight our technical expertise
• Help manage and create content for our digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, firm website), highlighting project milestones, groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and company culture
• Assist with the updating our digital asset library, including project photography, client testimonials, and CRM database records
• Assist in coordinating industry events, and drafting award submissions for our standout projects and people

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) is required
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, organize digital files efficiently, and stay structured in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine curiosity about architecture, engineering, or construction
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign—this is the gold standard for AEC marketing and Photoshop or other photo editing software) and WordPress is highly preferred
