Marketing Intern

Dewberry is a professional services firm seeking a Marketing Intern for its northeast region marketing department. The intern will support promotional and proposal efforts by preparing marketing materials, conducting research, coordinating with marketing and technical staff, and maintaining databases.

What you'll do:

• Have an affinity for multi-modal transportation
• Provide assistance on proposals
• Writing and editing
• Support with graphic layout and design
• Compile content
• Perform market research
• Develop of marketing materials
• Coordinate with marketing and technical staff
• Participate in meetings
• Contribute to database input, design, and maintenance

What they're looking for:

• Currentlt pursuing a college degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
• Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment
• Proactive in accomplishing tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines
• Professional demeanor
• Exceptional writing skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel)
• Experience working in a database
