Marketing Intern

Grubb Properties is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Intern to support its multifamily marketing team in Charlotte. The intern will assist with content creation, social media management, graphic design, property photography and videography, marketing campaigns, market research, analytics, and event planning.

What you'll do:

• Assist in developing engaging content for our website, social media, and marketing campaigns, showcasing our properties offerings
• Manage and curate content for our social media channels, including creating posts, scheduling, and engaging with our audience
• Work on design projects for property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials using design software
• Capture high-quality images and videos of properties to showcase their unique features
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring our properties reach the right audience
• Research real estate market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media efforts, providing insights for optimization
• Assist in planning and coordinating real estate events and promotional activities
