Marketing Intern

Hills Bank and Trust Company is seeking a Marketing Intern to support various marketing initiatives in a values-driven environment. The intern will work on impactful projects that align with the company's community-focused mission and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis.

What you'll do:

• Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing efforts; assist with social media strategy and content
• Create and post engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Produce original written and visual content, leveraging tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Help develop and edit short video clips for social platforms
• Assist in interpreting data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights
• Conduct research on competitors, trends, and audience behaviors to inform marketing strategies
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, supporting timely completion of marketing projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
