Marketing Intern

Industrial Metal Supply Co. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Intern to support their marketing team. This role involves hands-on experience in marketing operations, including collateral management, content creation, project coordination, and event planning.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate the ordering and inventory of marketing collateral, including AMP brochures, line cards, flyers, A-frames, and other promotional materials
• Track collateral stock levels and reorder as needed to ensure availability for events and customer-facing activities
• Support content development in partnership with the Creative and Community Specialist
• Manage and organize team tasks using monday.com
• Upload, track, and update projects to keep workflows running smoothly and deadlines visible
• Assist in planning and executing events such as customer appreciation events
• Provide logistical and on-site support before, during, and after events

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Ability to coordinate and manage marketing collateral
• Experience with content creation
• Familiarity with project management tools, specifically monday.com
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to assist in planning and executing events
