Marketing Intern

McCormick & Company is a global flavor company offering a 10-week summer internship program for college students. The Marketing Intern will support eCommerce and Shopper Marketing teams by analyzing digital commerce trends, developing business recommendations, auditing retailer websites, and creating performance scorecards and advertising materials.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate briefing of Ad Creative with our Creative Agency to develop Display Banner ads for Retail Media
• Audit Retailer eCommerce websites to spot check our item and keyword relevancy and track competitive strategy
• Create eCommerce Scorecards for key retailers that analyze McCormick Sales, Search, and Display performance
• Provide analysis and shopper insi ght-driven recommendations supporting our capability roadmap, using all key digital commerce capabilities: search, content syndication, Business Intelligence, and Ratings & Reviews
• Other projects as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a target graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate complex information to develop strategies
• Ability to work independently, learn new tasks, solve problems, and show strong self-motivation and initiative
• Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at all levels of the organization and external customers
• Ability to potentially travel overnight on a few occasions
• Candidates who require visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future will not be considered for this position
