Marketing Intern

Mead & Hunt is a professional services consulting firm in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. The Marketing Intern will support the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Marketing Team with brand compliance, marketing information management, marketing materials, and day-to-day coordination while developing practical marketing, communication, and data-management skills.

What you'll do:

• Supporting the review and maintenance of marketing materials to help ensure compliance with Mead & Hunt brand standards
• Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in aec360, including employee, project, client, and marketing-related data
• Assisting with the organization and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, qualifications materials, templates, and other marketing content
• Helping identify outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent information and coordinating updates with marketing and technical staff
• Supporting the development, formatting, and proofreading of marketing materials and internal communications
• Assisting with file organization, document management, and other marketing process improvements
• Collaborating with marketing professionals, project managers, technical staff, and other team members to gather and maintain accurate information
• Supporting other marketing activities and special projects as assigned
• Developing marketing, communication, and data-management skills with mentorship and guidance from experienced team members
• Performing other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, professional writing, business administration, advertising, or public relations, or a related field
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The
• Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
