Marketing Intern

Old Mission Medicine, PLLC is seeking a Marketing Intern to support marketing strategy, campaign execution, research, analytics, email marketing, and business development initiatives. The role assists with digital campaigns, market research, performance reporting, lead-generation optimization, email campaigns, and outreach activities.

What you'll do:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and short-form marketing copy
• Identify industry trends, customer insights, and potential growth opportunities
• Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
• Monitor lead-generation channels and identify opportunities for optimization
• Assist with preparing weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
• Support email marketing initiatives, including writing, scheduling, and testing newsletters and automated campaigns
• Assist with influencer, partnership, and business outreach initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, brand awareness, and overall marketing performance
