Marketing Intern

SupportPay by Ittavi is a growing startup located in downtown Sacramento, focusing on a people-centric culture. The Marketing Intern will assist in various marketing initiatives, including research, social media management, and the development of marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

What you'll do:

• Marketing research
• Customer research
• Developing marketing plans and executing them
• Managing social media
• Updating & improving our website
• Establishing a formal customer loyalty program
• Assisting in the formation of the Go-To-Market strategy
• Consumer/Digital/New Product Marketing strategies
• SEO/SEM and Business Development initiatives

What they're looking for:

• You have great computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of salesforce, mailchimp, email marketing, hootsuite, social media, wordpress & ambassador
• You are not expected to be an expert in any or all of these areas but be comfortable with technology and eager to learn
