About this role
The US Oncology Network, including Texas Oncology, provides community-based oncology care and is seeking a part-time Marketing Intern to support its Texas Oncology Corporate Marketing Team. The intern will assist with content creation, marketing campaign execution, promotional events, cross-functional collaboration, and administrative marketing tasks.
What you'll do:
- Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging and informative marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, presentations, and social media posts
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeting regional and surgical audiences, including email marketing, events, and webinars
- Promotional Support: Aid in planning and execution of marketing and promotional practice events
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and clinical specialists, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining project documentation

- This is a remote role, but the candidate must reside within the state of Texas
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Interest in healthcare marketing and a passion for improving patient outcomes
- Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination
- Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time
- Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
