Marketing Intern

The Recreational Group is seeking a Marketing Intern to support marketing, communications, recruitment, and brand initiatives across its HR, Turf, and Tile divisions. The role involves social media, content creation, promotional materials, customer engagement, marketing research, and collaboration across departments.

What you'll do:

• Assist with day-to-day marketing activities across the HR, Turf, and Tile divisions
• Support the development and execution of social media content, campaigns, and communications
• Assist with content creation, including social posts, marketing materials, email communications, and other promotional content as needed
• Help maintain and strengthen RG’s brands and ensure consistent messaging across marketing channels
• Support HR with recruitment marketing, and projects as needed
• Help coordinate and prepare promotional materials, customer thank you gifts, and other marketing resources
• Monitor social media and assist with community engagement and respond to customer interactions as appropriate
• Assist with research related to marketing trends, competitors, partnerships, audiences, and promotional opportunities
• Work across multiple departments and adapt to the unique marketing needs of each division
• Bring creative ideas and recommendations that can improve marketing efforts, customer engagement, recruitment, and brand awareness
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
