Marketing Intern

VLP Financial Advisors is dedicated to delivering high-quality investment and planning services. The Marketing Internship offers hands-on experience in marketing within the financial services industry, supporting day-to-day marketing activities and contributing to the firm’s growth.

What you'll do:

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms
• Support the development and execution of email campaigns and firm newsletters
• Assist with basic graphic design and visual content creation
• Support video editing and multimedia content development
• Help coordinate and execute client events (webinars, in-person events, etc.)
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (email, social media, website analytics.)
• Assist with website updates and content maintenance
• Support paid promotions and digital advertising efforts
• Assist with marketing-related compliance submissions and documentation
• Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects and campaigns

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
• Exposure to design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
