Marketing Intern - Santa Barbara, CA (On-Site)

Silver Air Private Jets is a private aviation company headquartered in Santa Barbara, managing a national fleet of private jets. They are seeking a Marketing Intern to assist with various marketing initiatives, including social media, events, and content creation, while providing real-world experience in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

• Support the Marketing & Brand Manager with day-to-day marketing initiatives across Silver Air and Flight Club
• Coordinate branded materials, promotional merchandise, and fulfillment for employee onboarding and client events
• Maintain brand standards by updating templates, documents, and marketing collateral for consistency
• Assist with website updates, social media publishing, and content that improves digital visibility, including AI search optimization (AEO/GEO)
• Support podcast scheduling, production logistics, and content coordination
• Help plan and execute company and Flight Club events
• Create and edit marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and aligned with brand standards
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties that support the continued growth of the Silver Air and Flight Club brands

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, or related experience required
• Social media experience, preferably 1-3 years
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• Professional communication skills, verbal and written
• Detailed organizational skills and capable time management skills
• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
• Capacity to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language
• A high level of confidentiality is critical in this role
• Proficient with online research, preferably deep web
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities
• Superior analytical skills
