Marketing Intern - Spring 2016

Malltip Inc is a New York City-based startup redefining the shopping mall experience. They are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to engage with hands-on marketing projects that impact customer acquisition and retention efforts.

What you'll do:

• Creation, launch and management of online marketing campaigns (Social media, email, mobile, etc.) with a focus on customer acquisition
• Conception, planning and implementation of in-mall advertising on physical and digital signage, including creation of appropriate copies and creatives
• Conduct customer research and present results and recommendations to CEO
• Work closely with CEO to achieve marketing objectives

What they're looking for:

• Candidate must be enrolled in a Bachelor's/graduate degree in business/marketing
• Passion for online marketing, data analysis and achieving measurable results
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Highly detail-oriented, organized with the ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Willingness to help brainstorm and contribute creative ideas
• Ability to learn quickly both technical and non-technical skills to efficiently execute on marketing initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• A focus on digital media / marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in Photoshop / illustrator is a plus
• Passion and/or interest for retail and mobile is a plus
• Proficiency in web and mobile analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Appboy, Appsflyer) is a BIG plus
