Marketing Intern (Spring 2027)

Phillips Edison & Company operates retail services for grocery-anchored shopping centers, including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, and management. The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team by developing communications and promotional campaigns, creating social media and internal communications content, analyzing social media data, and contributing to digital media and web projects.

What you'll do:

• Assist in identifying, planning, and implementing new communications, marketing, and promotional campaign strategies
• Create and curate content for the company’s social media sites
• Create and curate content for company’s internal communications
• Conduct data analysis for social media performance
• Work on digital media and web projects including but not limited to SEO, Facebook Marketing, and Google ads that support the sales team’s efforts to sign new tenants
• Additional duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• A current undergraduate student who is able to work full-time and in person during the semester
• A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Marketing or another related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Marketing savvy and creativity
• Proven social media skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated leadership experience and prior marketing internship experience preferred
• Experience with marketing automation systems like HubSpot highly desirable
