Marketing Internship

Healing Souls LLC is a holistic wellness organization offering coaching, herbal wellness services, workshops, and organizational wellness programs. The Marketing Intern supports social media and content creation, CRM and prospect engagement, marketing pipeline tracking, reporting, and strategies to grow the brand and convert prospects into clients.

What you'll do:

• Manage and schedule social media posts across designated platforms
• Develop creative content ideas that promote Healing Souls' services, workshops, events, and wellness programs
• Assist with creating captions, graphics, promotional materials, and digital campaigns
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and inquiries
• Identify social media trends and recommend strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement
• Track social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Maintain and update the organization's CRM system to ensure prospect and client information is accurate and organized
• Monitor incoming leads and ensure prospects are entered into the appropriate stages of the marketing and sales pipeline
• Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process to keep prospects engaged
• Communicate with prospective clients through approved email, phone, and other outreach channels
• Send follow-up messages, service information, promotional materials, and meeting reminders as appropriate
• Identify inactive or unresponsive prospects and recommend re-engagement strategies

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through on responsibilities
• Interest in CRM systems, lead management, sales funnels, and customer engagement
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
• Proficiency in common digital tools, spreadsheets, email, and document creation
• Willingness to learn new marketing platforms, systems, and strategies
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content creation platforms such as Canva
