Marketing Internship

OPEN MINDS Circle is seeking a motivated intern to support its marketing team. The role involves video editing, WordPress website updates, graphic design, event preparation, team collaboration, and administrative tasks.

What you'll do:

• Assist the Education and Events team with daily tasks and projects
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
• Complete video editing, website updates (using WordPress), and some graphic design
• Support the preparation of local events
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Perform administrative tasks to facilitate team activities
• Work onsite, 2-3 days per week

• - Good organizational and time management skills
• - Good verbal and written communication abilities
• - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• - Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Must be able to work from the OPEN MINDS office, located at 15 Lincoln Sq., Gettysburg, PA 17325
• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week, 16-20 hours expected
• Must be available to work for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks. Exceptions may be made for returning interns
