Marketing Internship - Summer 2027

Titan Machinery is a customer-focused company seeking a Marketing Intern for its dynamic Marketing team. The role supports digital, print, and social media campaigns, content creation, event coordination, website updates, brand asset management, promotional listings, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to support brand awareness and customer engagement
• Help manage social media content calendars, monitor platform engagement, and provide recommendations based on performance metrics
• Support the development of marketing materials, including flyers, email campaigns, website content, and promotional signage to ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity
• Assist with logistics planning and execution for marketing events such as trade shows, customer appreciation events, and product demonstrations
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of website content and landing pages to reflect current promotions, messaging, and initiatives
• Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure consistent use of brand standards across all materials and platforms
• Support the preparation and coordination of weekly dealership inventory promotions, ensuring accuracy and timely publication
• Work with internal teams including HR, Parts, Service, and Sales to execute monthly campaigns aligned with business goals and brand strategy
• Manage the process for ordering and distributing branded promotional materials for various product lines and services, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines during daily work activities
• Perform other marketing support tasks as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design or related field AND have less than 50% of your academic career remaining by the start of the internship program
• Must be able to regularly and reliably attend work on a part-time schedule for a duration of 8-12 weeks (35-40 hours a week) during the summer months
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer literacy, specifically Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
• Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
