We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Predictive Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of creative, data, and automation, owning the end-to-end execution and optimization of marketing campaigns for a portfolio of automotive brands.
This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take initiative, anticipate challenges, and drive work forward with a high degree of ownership. You are comfortable working independently to deliver results while also collaborating effectively across teams to bring complex campaigns to life.
You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging customer data and marketing automation tools to design personalized, high-performing customer journeys. Success in this role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and maintain a high bar for quality and accuracy.
You’ll partner closely with design, copy editorial, product, development, and OEM team stakeholders, translating insights into impactful marketing programs that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Own campaigns end-to-end—from ideation and briefing through execution, testing, and optimization
Build and manage targeted customer journeys using our internally-developed Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)
Write and refine marketing copy for campaigns across channels, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with each brand’s voice
Partner with creative teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused campaigns
Brand & Portfolio Ownership
Manage a portfolio of automotive brands, ensuring all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and objectives while maintaining consistent messaging across channels
Translate OEM initiatives (e.g., vehicle launches, sales events) into dealership-level campaigns
Stay current on automotive marketing trends and customer behavior
Data, Testing & Optimization
Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights
Lead testing and optimization strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and campaign logic
Project & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate cross-functional execution across creative and development teams
Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on-time campaign launches
Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related requests and support for your brands
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Oversee template QA, ensuring accuracy prior to campaign deployment
Manage brand and legal compliance approvals
Ensure all campaigns meet quality and regulatory standards
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably digital, lifecycle, or CRM marketing)
A proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solver who takes initiative and owns outcomes
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively, balancing independent ownership with cross-functional teamwork
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proven track record executing data-driven campaigns end-to-end
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Adaptable and able to maintain high-quality output under tight timelines
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive, retail, or other high-consideration purchase industries
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or similar)
Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable or similar tools a plus)
