This role sits at the intersection of strategy, integrated marketing, and cross-functional execution, helping define the frameworks, operating model, and campaign approach that bring clarity and consistency to how we launch and scale work globally.
This person will bring deep integrated marketing experience, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to turn business priorities into clear marketing frameworks, compelling campaigns, and measurable outcomes. They will partner closely with teams across regional marketing, creative, media, research, operations, product, comms, and finance to ensure go-to-market plans are aligned, high-quality, and built to scale.
What you’ll do
- Lead the development of global go-to-market frameworks that translate business goals into clear marketing strategy, messaging, channel approach, and execution.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize workstreams, align on objectives, and bring structure to complex, multi-market initiatives.
- Develop integrated marketing briefs and strategic recommendations that guide creative, media, and channel execution across global campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution for priority launches and select global IMCs, ensuring strategic rigour, strong creative, scaled efforts and on-time delivery.
- Agency Management: Work closely with creative and media agencies, as well as internal partners, to develop breakthrough, consumer-relevant, and operationally feasible marketing plans.
- Support media and investment planning by helping shape how budgets are allocated, where to test, and how to scale what works.
- Define measurement plans in partnership with analytics, research, and media teams; evaluate campaign performance, surface insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Scale Global Efforts: Build repeatable ways of working that improve speed, clarity, and quality across global and regional stakeholders.
- Executive Communication: Create strong written materials and executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or go-to-market strategy, ideally at a fast-paced, consumer-facing brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating scalable marketing operating models, planning frameworks, or playbooks across multiple markets.
- Proven track record of delivering successful and breakthrough work, with a high bar for quality, productivity, and delivering results
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build frameworks, connect the dots across workstreams, and turn ambiguity into clear action.
- Experience managing agency partners and collaborating effectively with internal creative, media, analytics, comms, and operations teams.
- Consumer obsessed, with a drive to continuously learn more about our core consumers, identify how our products meet their needs, and understand how to most effectively share our brand message with them.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy, prioritize investments, and improve performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiencies.
- A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve their skills and look for ways to contribute to the team. Thrives on challenges and can stay calm in complicated/complex situations.
