Within LVL, Vectibix (panitumumab) is a priority lifecycle brand with opportunities to drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and generate scalable learnings.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager – Patient & Growth Marketing will lead initiatives across Vectibix, including patient marketing, peer-to-peer programming, congress planning, and LVL Experimentation. The role will also support select LUMAKRAS patient initiatives and serve on the Colorectal Cancer Brand Team across Vectibix and LUMAKRAS.
The role has end-to-end ownership of key marketing initiatives while contributing to brand strategy and execution, with opportunities to build capabilities in patient marketing, HCP engagement, cross-functional leadership, operational excellence, and insight-driven decision-making.
## What You Will Do
- Patient Marketing: Lead management of key patient-facing promotional and educational resources, including three patient websites; partner with internal teams and agency partners to ensure resources remain relevant, high quality, and aligned with brand strategy; and use customer insights and performance learnings to optimize patient marketing initiatives.
- Peer-to-Peer Marketing: Lead Vectibix physician-based peer-to-peer learning initiatives and speaker programs; manage the execution vendor, IQVIA, the Vectibix speaker bureau, and relationships with speakers; support speaker training and compliant execution; and identify opportunities to improve execution based on program learnings, customer feedback, and business needs.
- Congress Planning & Engagement: Lead colorectal cancer congress planning and engagement across national, local, and advanced practice provider congresses; serve as the RAE for designated, focused GI and colorectal cancer conferences; and coordinate high-quality execution with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and other teams.
- Brand Budget Management: Manage the Vectibix marketing budget, including forecasting, purchase order management, agency oversight, budget tracking, and effective resource allocation.
- LVL Experimentation: Participate in commercial experiments for Vectibix, evaluate marketing performance and customer insights, document learnings, and identify opportunities to optimize execution and inform scalable best practices. Serve as the Vectibix Experimentation Lead for a prioritized LVL pilot exploring how DiSC profiles can enhance field pre-call planning and customer engagement.
- Brand Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead commercial strategy for high-priority customer segments, including advanced practice providers and other strategic stakeholders; contribute to Vectibix and LUMAKRAS brand strategy, tactics, priorities, and planning; translate insights and business needs into marketing recommendations; manage agency partners and their work, budgets, and timelines; embrace emerging technologies and new ways of working; and role-model Amgen Values.

## Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree; or
- Master’s degree and 2 years of marketing experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of marketing experience; or
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of marketing experience; or
- High school diploma/GED and 10 years of marketing experience.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing patient and/or HCP promotional marketing initiatives.
- Experience leading peer-to-peer programs, congress initiatives, or other customer-facing marketing programs.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong project and budget management skills, including managing multiple priorities.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial Data & Analytics, and external agency partners.
- Familiarity with promotional review processes and systems.
- Analytical ability to translate customer insights, business performance, and market dynamics into marketing recommendations.
- Learning agility and intellectual curiosity, including enthusiasm for applying AI, automation, and emerging capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical and compliance standards.

The expected annual salary range in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $124,124.65–$167,933.35. Actual salary varies based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
