Marketing - Marketing Coordinator

Woodford Bros., Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to bring its brand to life through social media, website content, and job-site storytelling. The role also coordinates events and the Brand Ambassador program and supports other departments with marketing materials and recruiting content.

What you'll do:

• Working with our Marketing Manager, you’ll keep our social media active and engaging, update our website with job stories and before-and-after photos, and capture photos, video, and stories from our job sites and employees
• You’ll also coordinate home shows, trade shows, community events, and our Brand Ambassador program, and you’ll support other departments with signage, apparel, print materials, and recruiting content

What they're looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, event coordination, content creation, or graphic design (or a combination of education and experience)
• Experience with social media platforms, website content tools, and design programs such as Canva or Photoshop
• Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and time-sensitive projects
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write in English
• A sense of urgency, flexibility, and a customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and timely, reliable attendance
• An Associate's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field is a plus
