About this role

As a Strategy & Analytics Co-op, you will play a meaningful role in the Marketing & Operations, Strategy & Analytics team, partnering closely with analytics team to help shape the future of the organization through data-driven insights and strategic thinking. In this role, you’ll collaborate across functions and gain exposure to a wide range of stakeholders—including senior leaders—while contributing to projects that influence key business decisions. ## Co-op Duration This opportunity runs from January 2027 through June 2027, with some flexibility on start and end to accommodate academic schedules. ## Weekly Schedule This is a full-time co-op experience, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, designed to provide hands-on, real-world exposure. ## The Impact You Will Make As a Strategy & Analytics Co-op, you’ll work on high-impact, fast-paced projects that support meaningful business outcomes while accelerating your professional growth. You’ll gain exposure to core strategy and analytics disciplines, including data analysis, marketing strategy, and operational processes across product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services. With mentorship from senior leaders, you’ll help conduct analyses that inform Risepoint’s strategic direction. Working cross-functionally, you’ll structure analyses, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable, value-added recommendations that drive business growth. ## What You Will Do - Structure strategic projects for key products, marketing, strategy, revenue, and enrollment services functions - Execute end-to-end data analytics projects by pulling and cleaning data, extracting key insights, communicating hypotheses to senior stakeholders, and impacting the organization’s overall marketing strategies and operations functions - Design and create analytical tools, strategic initiatives, and processes that boost the organization’s ability to deliver insights internally to senior leadership and externally to university partners - Contribute to Risepoint's AI-first analytical practices by incorporating tools like Claude and Databricks Genie into day-to-day workflows to accelerate analysis and communication; AI is a productivity tool here, not a replacement for analytical judgment, and the expectation is full ownership of and accountability for the work product - Brainstorm and launch new projects to proactively detect KPIs and inform university partners about strategic issues, performance, and operations - Form a deep understanding of Risepoint’s processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and broader market ecosystem, including university partners, marketing channels, contact center strategies, and workflows - Collaborate cross-functionally with senior Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and make data-informed decisions - Work closely with a Director, Manager, and Analysts ## What Success Looks Like - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Great ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain analytical accuracy under time pressure; you validate before you publish and catch discrepancies before they reach stakeholders - Collaborative problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving change through analytical insights ## How Impact Will be Measured - Impact is measured by the ability to deliver strategic insights that directly influence clients’ marketing and operations functions - You will also grow in your ability to independently manage and execute data analytics projects ## What You’ll Bring to the Team ## Experience That Matters Most Applicants must be active, enrolled students in Spring 2027 to apply for this position. - Strong proficiency and/or working experience in Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis - Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Applicants must be currently enrolled, active students in Fall 2026 to apply for this position ## Experience That’s Great to Have - Prior working experience using Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis to clean data, extract insights, and communicate takeaways to leadership - Prior internship or co-op experience preferred - Agile workstyle to meet evolving business needs in a dynamic and fast-paced work environmentRisepoint is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
