About this role
Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) drives the future of finance and treasury by developing leaders through certifications, learning experiences, membership, events, and thought leadership. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will execute integrated marketing campaigns, build and launch assets in HubSpot and other marketing platforms, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and support campaign reporting and process improvements.
What you'll do:
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, marketing automation, and other customer touchpoints
- Build, test, schedule, and launch campaign assets in HubSpot and other marketing platforms, including emails, landing pages, forms, lists, and workflows
- Manage campaign timelines, production calendars, workflows, and deliverables to keep multiple initiatives organized and on schedule
- Create and adapt routine campaign creative using approved Canva templates, AI tools, and AFP brand standards
- Partner across Marketing, Creative, Digital Strategy, and program teams to coordinate campaign needs, approvals, and deliverables
- Monitor campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address production needs or potential delays
- Support campaign reporting, documentation, and process improvements to strengthen future marketing execution

- Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, high-quality work
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and keeps projects moving forward
- Strong collaborator who can effectively coordinate across teams and communicate with stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- 0-2 years of experience preferred, not required
