Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports marketing operations, budgets, assets, timelines, royalty and licensing activities, and campaign execution while collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

What you'll do:

• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices and billing
• Coordinate marketing activities, timelines and materials across internal teams, agencies and external partners
• Help organize and maintain marketing assets, trackers, calendars and documentation
• Support royalty and licensing activities, including reporting, reconciliation and documentation
• Provide hands-on support for marketing initiatives, including campaign logistics, influencer materials and other executional needs
• Collaborate across Marketing and other teams to keep projects organized and moving forward

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Early-career experience or internship exposure in Marketing, business operations or a related area
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and willingness to learn new systems
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career in Marketing
